With fantastic sea views stretching along the beach and beyond, this well equipped apartment is ideal for couples or families with young children.
Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Within easy driving distance of a choice of local villages Flat 30 is an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful area.
